My Account

Once logged in, it is important to check and set up your information and some features in the My Account section.

If you go to the lower left part of the screen, you will find “My Account”.

To change the password:

  1. Enter in My Account.
  2. Find the user information section.
  3. Go to “set a new password” above user name.
  4. You will be asked to set a new password by first typing your current password and then a new one. This new password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one uppercase character and at least one number.
  5. Go to “update password” to save your new password.
💡After you set a new password it is important to keep it where you can easily find it. We suggest you use a password manager so that your username and password are safely remembered on your preferred device.

To set your preferred language:

  1. Enter in My Account.
  2. Find the user information section.
  3. Go to “Language settings”.
  4. Choose your preferred language and go to accept to save your preferences.
🚨It is important to set up your language correctly because all the visualization of the platform and the email notifications will arrive in this language.

Separator styles

The platform has a customizable separator styles that allows you to customize hoy numbers are formatted and displayed in your financial data by choosing from various international styles for decimal and thousand separators.

You can select from the following styles:

  • U.S./U.K. Style: Period as the decimal separator, comma as the thousand separator (e.g., 1,234,567.89).
  • European Style: Comma as the decimal separator, period as the thousand separator (e.g., 1.234.567,89).
  • French Style: Comma as the decimal separator, space as the thousand separator (e.g., 1 234 567,89).
  • Swiss Style: Period as the decimal separator, apostrophe as the thousand separator (e.g., 1'234'567.89).
  • Indian Style: Period as the decimal separator, comma as the thousand separator following the Indian numbering system (e.g., 1,23,456.78).

To set up the separator styles for currency and other numbers:

  1. Enter in My Account
  2. Find the user information section
  3. Go to “Separator settings”
  4. Choose your preferred separator style and accept to save your preferences.

In my account, you can also check the information of your associated company and in the permissions section, you can check your associated roles, that are assigned by the administrative user who manages your company or the platform.

⛔Please check that you have the correct roles and permissions assigned, to perform correctly in the platform. This roles are given by the administrative user who manages the platform inside your organization.
